CDP

CDP is a global non-profit organization that operates an independent environmental disclosure system, requesting companies and public authorities to disclose information on climate change, forests, water security and other environmental topics, and assessing and publishing the disclosed information. CDP is currently the organization’s official name, while the abbreviation originates from its former name, Carbon Disclosure Project.
The Group has been responding to the CDP questionnaire since fiscal year 2022. In the most recent fiscal year (FY2024), the Group received a score of “B” for Climate Change. By continuing to disclose the results of our initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, we aim to further improve our CDP score over time. EcoVadis

EcoVadis is an international sustainability (CSR) rating organization that assesses companies’ sustainability performance.
More than companies in 175 countries and across over 200 industries use EcoVadis, and many large companies require their business partners to obtain EcoVadis ratings as part of ESG risk management across their supply chains. The Group has been responding to EcoVadis since fiscal year 2016 and received a Bronze Medal in fiscal year 2021. Antalis, a subsidiary of the Group, has received a Gold Medal since fiscal year 2023 on a group-wide basis, and also received a Gold Medal in the most recent assessment. By continuing to respond to EcoVadis with the results of our initiatives addressing sustainability issues, we aim to further improve our rating. Sedex

Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) is an international platform for sharing compliance-related information on labor standards, ethics, the environment, health and safety, and other areas within supply chains.
Founded in the United Kingdom in 2004, Sedex is widely used by multinational companies and suppliers to manage sustainability and ethical risks in their supply chains.
In response to requests from business partners, the Group has been completing the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) on the Sedex platform since fiscal year 2024.
In addition, Antalis, a subsidiary of the Group, uses Sedex for supplier due diligence.
