As part of our ongoing commitment to compliance, our Group has established a Business Partner Hotline to receive reports and consultations from our business partners.
We kindly ask that you review the following information before using this service.
Reports concerning compliance violations*1 or suspected violations committed by officers or employees of the Group *2.
*1 Compliance violations include acts that breach the Antimonopoly Act or the Subcontract Act, bribery and other corrupt practices, harassment, fraudulent accounting, and similar misconduct.
*2 The Group refers to KPP GROUP HOLDINGS CO., LTD., KOKUSAI PULP & PAPER CO., LTD., and their subsidiaries.
This hotline is available to the following individuals:
- Executives and employees of corporations or organizations that conduct business with the Group
- Independent business owners who conduct business with the Group
- Freelancers who engage in business with the Group (Note: Retired individuals are eligible only within one year of their retirement.)
The Group ensures that no disadvantageous treatment will be given to whistleblowers or their affiliated companies as a result of submitting a report.
If an investigation is deemed necessary, we will conduct fact-finding through interviews and other means.
We may contact you for additional information during the investigation.
While we encourage reports to be submitted under your real name, anonymous reports are also accepted.
Please note that anonymous reports may limit our ability to conduct a thorough investigation, protect the whistleblower, or implement appropriate corrective actions.
All communications and responses from the Group are intended solely for the individual who submitted the report.
Please refrain from sharing or repurposing any part of the content.
Please note that we may be unable to respond to reports that fall under the following categories:
- The matter has already been resolved
- Insufficient information is provided, or the reporter cannot be contacted, making fact-checking difficult
- The issue is deemed unrelated to business transactions with the Group
- Defamation of individuals
- Personal grievances or dissatisfaction
Personal information provided through this hotline will be used solely for the purpose of verifying the facts of the report and communicating the outcome.
All information submitted will be appropriately managed in accordance with the Group’s Personal Information Protection Policy.
