Ever since its establishment in 1924, Kokusai Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. has undertaken business activities to boost the prosperity of the Company and its employees and develop society through an affluent paper culture.
As both company activities and society become globalized, diverse management challenges are currently emerging. In response, the Guidelines for Corporate Conduct of the Kokusai Pulp & Paper Group have been established to enable Group companies to sustainably grow in future by complying with laws and regulations and fulfilling social responsibilities as Group companies.
I hereby declare the intention to comply with and act in accordance with the Guidelines for Corporate Conduct of the Kokusai Pulp & Paper Group by further enhancing and reinforcing our in-house CSR scheme, by ensuring all executives and employees in all Group companies nurture self-consciousness and by further enhancing trust, to become companies that can sustainably contribute to society.

The Group companies are committed to undertake transparent and fair business activities based on just, fair and free competition. The Group companies shall maintain sound and normal relations with politics and administration.

The Group companies are committed to act faithfully to enhance the confidence of suppliers and users by supplying useful products and services that widely contribute to the development of society and by thoroughly protecting personal and customer information.
4.Promoting Social Contribution Activities
The Group companies are committed to widely contribute to communities and society by striving to return profits to them through corporate activities.


5.Active Disclosure of Company Information
The Group companies are committed to appropriately disclose company information to all stakeholders including the stockholders and to strive to have good and active communication with society.


6.Coexistence with International Society
The Group companies are committed to respect international codes of conduct and to make a contribution to the development of communities through their business activities as a member of international society.
